The management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our practice manager Jennifer Kimm may be able to help you with any non-medical aspects of the practice and is available to discuss any suggestions or complaints through our online form.

Reception supervisor

Our reception supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reception team ensuring an efficient and professional manner is maintained. She also carries out several administrative duties to contribute to the smooth running of the reception team.

Medical secretary

Amanda

Responsible for assisting in the processing and chasing of referrals. She will also deal with any ad hoc queries regarding appointments and expedite letters.

Clinical coder

Leanne

Responsible for screening incoming mail, entering key data into the clinical system & forwarding appropriate information to the GP for action.

Receptionists act as the first point of contact between patients and clinicians. They play an essential part in gathering relevant information and directing (or sign-posting) our patients to the correct service or person. They have several other important duties such as processing repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and actioning tasks set by the clinicians. Our reception team play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
