You may be aware that GP Practices are now required to provide all registered patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.
This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
Your named GP will be your usual GP whose name will appear on the top right hand side of your prescription slip.

If you wish to specify your GP of choice please communicate this in writing to the surgery.
