Repeat Prescription Request

If you do not wish to register for Online Services, there are a number of ways in which you may order a prescription:

In person – you or your representative may call into the surgery during opening hours or post a request through the letter box if we are closed
By post – if you wish your prescription to be posted back to you please provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope
By fax to 0151 430 6210
By NHS App such as Healthera

Please note: we do not accept prescription requests by telephone.
